Child safety standards

Bunch is a social app for adults to meet new people and join groups. This page explains how we protect children and what we do when someone tries to misuse Bunch.

Be a Bunch S.L. has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any account involved in it is permanently removed and reported to the authorities.

Bunch is for adults only

You must be 18 or older to use Bunch. Every user confirms their age when signing up and verifies a phone number. If we learn or suspect that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

What is prohibited

• Creating, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated images.
• Any content that sexualises minors.
• Grooming, or contacting or trying to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion, trafficking or any other exploitation of minors.
• Using Bunch to arrange, promote or facilitate any of the above, on or off the app.

How to report

You can report a profile, message or group directly in the app. Open it, tap Report and choose the reason that fits best. You can also block any user so they can no longer contact you. Your reports are confidential.

What we do when something is reported

• We treat child-safety reports as our highest priority and review them promptly.
• We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved, and take steps to stop them from signing up again.
• We preserve relevant information as required by law so it can be used by investigators.
• We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent law enforcement authorities.
• We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement.

Compliance

Bunch complies with applicable child safety laws, including the laws of the European Union and Spain, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores where Bunch is available.
